Used student online learning experience to advise faculty on successful strategies for building class community and engagement in a virtual seminar environment.
Acted as resource for faculty questions regarding Zoom and Canvas teaching features.
Collaborated with fellow coworkers to contribute to a shared repository of best practices to promote implementation of online community building and course engagement strategies that were particularly successful.

Participated in town halls on leadership theory, decolonization in leadership & the arts, equity & social justice in the arts, nonprofit theories, & structural operations of arts & nonprofits; wrote blog posts.
Produced, directed, and performed dramaturgy for a virtual production of Asking for a Friend (Green, 2020), a new work, as part of a virtual theatre festival; ran casting, created sides, made sound cues, and ran Zoom webinar during live production.

Fostered a sense of community and a safe space through weekly coffee chats, anonymous feedback, a fun variety of social activities (including big parties, alcohol-free events, self-care events, study groups, and our annual gala).
Wrote fun engaging emails using gifs, photos, different colors, and weekly themes based on different movies and musicals to keep attention, provide comic relief, and give information about weekly events.
Kept up a Google Calendar to inform community members about upcoming social events and created a GroupMe to keep community informed in a more casual way and to share jokes.
Created virtual social events to keep community together during quarantine including group workouts, movie nights, baking parties, MSPaint Bob Ross Paint’n’Sip, weeklong Mafia, game/poker night, campfire story night, and Sims Twitch streams.

Ran collaboration with Ram’s Head Theatrical Society for 2019 Original Winter One Acts by running meetings, delegating tasks, choosing plays and providing feedback, and aiding the producer.
Created community and social events including music video watch parties, weekly gender conscious play readings, movie nights, and more.
Collaborated with rest of board to decide on 2018-2019 season: play readings in the fall, Stop Kiss by Diana Sun in the winter, and Hero and the Journey, a new work by Ezra Jackson-Smith, in the spring.
